STRONG TOWER PARISH, Minneapolis, is a mission of The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), with a vision to spread the Gospel to the ends of the earth.
We are a bible believing church, where the teaching approach emphasizes proper conduct and moral behavior of people. The church has an appeal to all types of people worldwide, with the determination to teach people in their various geographical areas, stages of secular life, and levels of spiritual development. Presently, its headquarters is located in Lagos, Nigeria. The General Overseer of the church is Pastor (Dr.) Enoch A Adeboye.
Vision
The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Strong Tower Parish, is a Pentecostal Church that is driven by a burning Vision from God. For the scripture says, “Where there is no Vision, the people perish…” (Prov.29: 18a)
Every Vision from God is for an appointed time and we are persuaded by the Lord that as a Church we are in the season for the unfolding of God’s purpose for His people in the State of Minnesota.
Some years ago, God spoke to His servant, Pastor Emmanuel Sola Olowokere about a spiritual awakening that is about to take place in the body of Christ in preparing the Church for the end-time harvest before the glorious return of our Lord Jesus. For the harvest is truly plenteous but the laborers are few.
The first step in this Vision is to raise a holy force of laborers that have spiritual understanding, “…for the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness unto him, neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned” (1Cor.2: 14)
Every believer is considered a potential laborer but we must yield ourselves to God to be built up so that He can release His glory upon us for the world to see and through this they will be drawn onto Him.
God’s desire is to fill this Land with will His power and glory but men must be available as vessels to be filled. For God’s presence is no more living in the ark made by men but in men themselves for the scripture says, “But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us” (2Cor.4: 7)
The Vision also includes establishing God’s people in all areas of life as leaders through the teaching of the Word of God by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit to enable us influence the land for God.
This vision has a place for all people from every works of life, color and race, so that we can together eradicate all the works of the devil and fill the land with God’s salvation, peace, blessings and prosperity (You have a part to play). To this end, we covet your prayers and support in whatever area the Lord is leading you and you will not loose you reward in Jesus name.

Mission Statement: Strong Tower Parish is a multi racial Church called to the task of raising a holy force {laborers} and leaders with spiritual understanding, who uphold the gospel and the principles of our Lord Jesus Christ through which they are made into effective end time harvesters before the return of the LORD.
Our Fundamental Beliefs
The Bible
The infallible word of God contained in both the Old and New Testament, written by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit to reveal God’s beautiful/ awesome plan for man and consequently guide him in all things that pertain to life and godliness-II Tim.3: 10-15, Jn.17: 17, Ps.119: 105.
About God, Jesus and The Holy Spirit
There is only one God, the tripartite creator of heaven and earth; who gave his only son Jesus Christ to Redeemed the human race from sin and death, and sent us the Holy Spirit to teach us of all things, and empower believers to fulfill God’s mandate. All three are one and the same. God, the father, and Jesus Christ, his son and the Holy Spirit all constitute the TRINITY and are EQUALLY deserving of worship- Gen.1: 1, Jn.5: 26, Jn.1: 1-14; Matt.28: 19, Act.13: 24.
Repentance and the New Birth
Repentance is the sorrow of a man for his sinful ways and a genuine decision to abstain from them and return to a relationship with God. The new birth or justification comes solely as a result of God’s grace and the blood of Jesus that was shed to pay the price of transgressions and remove the stain of sin-Act.13: 39, Rom.3: 25-26, I Pet.1: 23.
Prayer
Prayer is an essential part of the Christian life as it makes intimacy with God available. It helps to reveal the plans and purposes of God for His people and it eliminates much trouble and danger that might otherwise overwhelm us. Zeph.1: 4; Dan.9: 13-14, Act.6: 4, Rom.6: 4, Matt.7: 7-11.
Divine Healing through the ‘Laying-on’ of Hands
We believe in healing without medicine. Jesus bore our infirmities and carried our sorrows when he died on the cross. According to scripture, healing can be in four ways.
1. By individual prayer- John 14: 13-14
2. By two people (or a group) who have agreed by faith-Matt.18: 19-20
3. By the laying on of hands on the head- Mark 16:18; Acts 9:18
4. By the Ministry of the Elders, anointing the sick with prayer of faith- James.5: 14-15
Tithe & Offering
Regular tithe and offering is obligatory because it is God’s Command. It is God’s way of providing for the Ministers in church -Mal. 3:8-12, Heb.7: 2-5.
Prophecy in the Church
We believe in all prophecies in the Bible; likewise we believe that we can be given the gift of prophecy by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit-I Cor.14: 29. However, any prophecy against the bible is rejected.
Holy Communion
Just like Jesus instituted and commanded before his death, we gather together regularly to share the bread and wine until He comes back again- Luke22: 17-20.
The Second Coming of Christ
The second coming of Jesus Christ will be in physical form and will be visible to all in like manner as He was seen ascending up to heavens- Acts 1: 9-11, and the saints of God would ascend in rapture to meet Him in the sky- 1Thess.4: 15-17.
