Mega Sunday: November, My Month of Unlimited Abundance

My Month of Unlimited AbundanceBy Pastor Emmanuel S. Olowokere

I welcome you prophetically to the month of November. The month God has called Our Month of Unlimited Abundance.

But what exactly does this mean?

I doubt this prophecy could have come at a better time. Last week, we touched on “Prospering in Difficult Times.” Times such as we are in when all around seems to be lack, depletion, and scarcity. And now, this surfaces. Whoever said God hasn’t got our back?

I suppose I needn’t reiterate that God hasn’t and doesn’t change. You may suppose that is a stretch and say why then does it seem the New Testament present some differing positions than Old Testament ones if God were constant? Believe it or not, this actually has more to do with God’s constant nature than otherwise! I’d explain.

Take for example, the remission of sin. Scripture makes us understand that without the shedding of blood, remission of sin would be a mirage (Heb 9: 22). I believe every Believer understands this OK. Where this may get tricky is when some decide to still use the blood of sheep and goat in this New Dispensation when all you need is the better blood of Jesus!

Essentially, God’s constant because while His practices may change, the principles are set in concrete. The principle of remission required and still requires blood shedding. The practice required blood of animals in the Old, but the blood of Christ Jesus is all you need in the New Dispensation (Heb 9).

This takes us to the point I wanted to make: God has always communicated His secrets to the people through His prophets. Amos 3:7 says “Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.” Reason He has revealed to His prophet in the City of Strong Tower Parish His secret plan for us in November. And that secret is that November is our Month of Unlimited Abundance.

2 Kgs 4: 1-7 which tells the story of how a widow of one of the sons of the prophet turned from financial lack to abundance as a result of divine instruction bring to the fore some salient points on benefiting from the prophecy of Unlimited Abundance:

• Christians/Believers are not exempt from lack if not positioned for abundance
• Never let your problem make you conclude there’s nothing good about you
• Never borrow what you’ll consume, but what you’ll invest and what increases you
• Learn how to keep your private matters confidential. Not all seek your good
• Ask for divine instruction from your spiritual leaders
• Your abundance should first be channeled toward paying your debt

*The teaching continues next week. God be with you.
